Exterior and interior
The new Sequoia will have a body on the platform and a full boxy frame. The Tundra was built with this same platform. This platform is also known as the TNGAF and was used first in (Toyota Land Cruiser 300), which is now being used for Lexus LX.

Expect the same luxury in the interior. The Sequoia will look even more luxurious with its perforated black-and-white seats, Capstone logo (on it), luxury-grade stuff, and an exclusive (acoustic glass) for the front doors. The dashboard and center console (on the passenger side) will be accepted in American Walnut and finished with an open pore finish.

The upcoming Sequoia will be equipped with a V6 hybrid twin-turbo iForce Max unit of 3.5 liters capacity. This unit can produce 437 hp as well as 583 Nm torque. The Tundra also uses this arrangement. Toyota has not yet provided the numbers, but they promise that the new model will be significantly more fuel efficient than the current one. The system is available in a two- or four-wheel drive configuration, with higher trims offering the four-wheel driving system. The extra lever, selectable driver mode, allows drivers to choose between four wheels, High or low, and the four wheels can be switched between Low, Normal, Four Wheels, High, and Two Wheels.
The driver can choose from the Sport, Normal, and Eco modes. While the rear height control air suspension would include Custom and Sport S+ and Comfort, the custom, sport S+, and comfort options.
